Mills Ridge Community Room Remodel

Demolition is underway for the Mills Ridge Community Room! The owner came to Arise with the goal of increasing the amenities available to residents. Together, we explored alternatives and ultimately decided to take an existing two-bedroom unit and create a community room and extended stay suite. The sophisticated character and variety of seating for relaxing, gathering and remote working will serve this community of residents well for years to come. We are grateful for the opportunity to bring this vision to life
