The Farmstead

The Farmstead at Elkton provides a mixed-use facility to support housing growth alongside rural health needs for a progressive, small community. The master planning process brought together mulitple stakeholders to work collaboratively to address municipality, community, owner and tenant needs within this mixed-use facility. The aesthetic speaks to rural vernacular with a modernized yet approachable expression.
